Here at Men’s Style we’re suckers for motor shows.

At the end of the first day we’ll unleash our utter disdain for these events because our feet feel like they’ve just crossed the Empty Quarter.

But, truth be known, we still lurrve a good motor show. All that hot metal and we discriminate here too – in favour of attractive women on the stands.

And Geneva is one of the best. It’s a bit smaller than the others, less politically correct and a great place to check out the latest models. The cars are OK too...

The auto industry is doing it tough, to put it mildly but good to see it putting on such a brave – and fun – face in the Swiss capital.

Also good news is that Dubai Fashion Week looks like eclipsing last year by a long shot. Our reporter discovered many more models are flying in for the fashion gala.

Out cover story on Al Boom marine’s Can Am Spyder is extra special. Snapper Karl Jeffs delivered some great pix. Many say we’re looking at the future of motoring with the likes of the Spyder.
